The home as a space of negotiation between public and private
We invite artists working in the performing arts and live art to propose site-specific interventions engaging with the themes of home, intimacy and domestic space.

The home holds an inexhaustible multitude of cultural, social and personal references, bound as much to the psychological and emotional dimension as to the public and political one.

What does it mean to speak of home when domestic space is also the site of rights withheld, of hidden violence and abuse, of patriarchal dynamics? What does it mean to move through the home as a space where daily life unfolds, but also as a place of conflict and denial? When does a house become a home? How does the home create intimacy? How can my private life become a spectacle? How do we negotiate the relationship between audience and performer?
